Export Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Handle export documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.)

2. Coordinate with shipping companies and forwarders

3. Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery

4. Communicate with customers regarding shipping updates

Requirements:

1. 2+ years experience in export operations

2. Familiar with international shipping and Incoterms

3. Detail-oriented and organized

4. Good communication skills in English

5. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical export regulations
